  • Most of our products are made-to-order meaning production of your order begins after your order is placed.

    You will receive an email order confirmation at the time of purchase and will receive another notification once your your order has shipped.

    We strive to have holster done and out the door in 21 days on average. We do handmake each order once it is placed. We appreciate your patience with us! 


    Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

    For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request for a return. 

    Returns are ONLY accepted for issues related craftmanship, material defects and functionality issues.

    For items to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

    PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY If you have received the wrong item, a missing or incomplete item or for any other issues that may be subject for return.

  • If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at cerritocustomleather@gmail.com. to initiate a damaged items claim. Please Include along with the description of the issue any photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

    All exchanges and refunds require prior approval before. DO NOT return/ ship back a damaged item until after receiving your return approval confirmation email. After receiving your return approval confirmation, we will provide you with a return label for shipping back the damaged item. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a full refund or exchange.
