The GB1 - 1.25” Gun Belt is constructed from two layers of premium 7 oz. vegetable tanned leather, sourced exclusively from American tanneries. Each layer is carefully selected for its superior density, strength, and durability, providing the foundation for a belt built to deliver lasting performance.
The two layers are laminated together and stitched with heavy duty nylon thread, creating a substantial, reinforced belt strap.
The edges are burnished with a combination of hard wax and friction, compressing and sealing the leather fibers to produce a smooth, polished edge that enhances both durability and appearance.
